Robin (Olsen) Neeson, age 53, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center Kenosha, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She was born in Goshen, IN, on December 13, 1969. Robin was the daughter of the late Robert Olsen and Carol Elaine (Line) Stilwell.
Robin graduated from Clinton High School in Clinton, WI. She attended Waukesha County Technical/Blackhawk College where she received an associate degree in Dental Hygiene. Robin received her bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from Carthage College and went on to earn her master’s degree in Social Work at George Williams College of Aurora University, where she also received her LCSW.
On March 8, 1997, in Janesville, WI, Robin Olsen was united in marriage to Mark Neeson. Sadly, Mark passed away in 2017. They were blessed with two children before becoming foster parents and through the six years as foster parents, they were fortunate enough to adopt three children.
She was a member of Kenosha Foster Parents Association and a Board Member for the Life Initiative (Support for Human Trafficking victims).
Robin was employed with multiple dental offices in Kenosha (1997-2005), she was a Stay-at-Home Mom (2005-2016), she worked at Kenosha Human Development Services (2016-2017), Kenosha Unified School District (2019-2021) and Advanced Clinical Services (2021-2023).
She will be deeply missed by her five children, Tyler (Cecelia) Olsen, Kennedy (Karen) Neeson, Anthony, Haileigh and Aliana Neeson; her stepfather, Paul Stilwell; her siblings, Ronda (Joe) Skozen, Ron (Candy) Olsen and Bobbie (Mark) Ray; mother-in-law, Nancy Neeson and many family members and friends.
Along with her parents, Robin was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Neeson (2017), and father-in-law, Chuck Neeson (2018).

Funeral services honoring Robin’s life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at the Piasecki Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Green Ridge Cemetery.
A visitation for Robin will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Marquette University Camp Kesem would be appreciated.
