Robert or Big Bob as many referred to him as was a very hard-working man who had many talents. He used these talents to work as a Maintenance man at factories over the years. His talents got to really show when he retired and decided to work for himself in the “Out back garage”. Here he could use his love of fabrication and his abilities to fix what others deemed irreparable.
Robert was an avid motorcyclist, enjoying many rides with his son Tyler on their Harley’s across the state. Robert’s love of hotrods and anything cool on wheels would lead to many hours on the phone with those that needed advice, mostly his son Matthew. The phone calls didn’t stop there as he loved to call his daughter Jenny and give her all the life advice, he felt like she needed on that day. He was so proud to have her be self-efficient and rely on no one. Bob was also the king of one line jokes, but only Kayla Schroeder found them funny.
Of all the things Bob loved in life nothing meant more to him than the limitless love from his wife of 43 years Cassy. He most enjoyed the days of being Mimi and Grandpa to their four grandkids. He loved spoiling and teaching them the little things in life like dipping fries in ketchup and pointing out that loud exhaust is actually cool.
A memorial service open house for Robert will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2023 from 2:00PM until 6:00PM at The Bulls Eye (2717 60th St. Kenosha 53140) Words of remembrance will be at 4:00PM. Burial will take place at a later date.
