John “Doug” Langdon, 74, of Kenosha passed away on October 25, 2022, at Grande Prairie Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Doug was born on July 20, 1948, in Waukegan, IL, to John L. and Irma (Craig) Langdon. Doug married Leslie Pearson in 1981 in Waukegan. Doug retired from the State of Wisconsin, working for the department of corrections as a Probation Officer, and also was employed by Walgreens in Security Operations. Prior to working for the State of Wisconsin, Doug worked as a police officer for the cities of Waukegan and McHenry. Doug loved his country, and very proudly served in the United States Marines for 2 years, and the United States Navy for 12 years serving on the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier CVN #72. Doug was an active member of the Kenosha VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Leslie Langdon; children, John Leonard (Dawn) Langdon, Raymond Langdon, Guy (Karina) Langdon. He is further survived by a brother, Robert (Linda) Maddox; sisters, Leeann (John) Hoinowski, and Jacqueline Vanshick; as well as many nieces and nephews. Doug was preceded in death by his parents.
