George F. Grady “Shrimp”, “Georgie Porgie” died November 27, 2023, at Aurora Hospital of Burlington. He was born in Waukegan, IL on March 12, 1951. The son of the late Frank and Dorothy (Sowa) Grady. On March 22, 1980 he was united in marriage to Joanne Butler.
During his life, “Shrimp” enjoyed traveling – especially to Walt Disney World. He loved to listen to live music from Chicago and Dave Clark Five. He also enjoyed golfing and playing cards. Georgie Porgie loved going to his family members’ sporting events and playing “Got You Last”. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan even though he married an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
Survived by his loving wife, Joanne. Sister Kathy (Ronald) Radzik. Nieces Kelly (John) Elliott, Kari Radzik and Kristine Radzik (Ray Ewert), who were like his adopted children. Great Uncle to Kamryn, Leland, Jaden, Jordan and Myah. Sisters-In-Law Judy Wagner, Jan (Dennis) Elfering, Jill (Michael) Dunklau. Brothers-In-Law Jim (Debra) Butler, Jeff (Deb) Butler. Further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Preceded in death by in-law’s Donald and Ella Mae Butler, brother-in-law Bob Wagner, sister-in-law Julie Butler, and niece Katie Butler.

Funeral Mass Friday December 1, 2023, at 11:00 at St. John’s Catholic Church 701 N Lake Ave. Twin Lakes, WI. Burial will follow in parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00AM until the time of services.
