Frances L. Herr, 84, of Kenosha passed away peacefully Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Froedtert South St. Catherine’s Medical Center.
She was born on September 26, 1939 to the late Francis and Vera (Mace) Winsper in Spokane, WA. She was educated in the schools of Spokane.
On September 6, 1958 she married Richard V. Herr in Spokane. He preceded her in death on December 19, 2013.
Frances enjoyed sewing, traveling and baking especially for the holidays. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Frances is survived by her children Tina (Ronald) McNutt, Rodney V. (Laurie) Herr and Richard F. Herr, her eight grandchildren, her 15 great grandchildren, her 2 great-great grandchildren, her sister Virginia Potter and her brother Frank (Karen) Winsper.
She is preceded in death by a sister Dorothy Bentley.
Funeral Services for Frances will be held on Wednesday, September 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
