Felipe Ortega, 52, of Kenosha passed away on August 30, 2024, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Felipe was born on August 23, 1972, in Mexico, the son of the late Francisco Ortega and Guadalupe Mandujano. He was educated in the schools of Mexico. Felipe married Maria Carmen Ruiz on September 12, 1997, in Mexico. He was a laborer for many years. Felipe was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church. His hobbies included listening to music and cooking, but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchild.
Survivors include his wife, Maria Carmen Ruiz of Kenosha; children, Eduardo Ortega of Kenosha, Diana Guadalupe Ortega-Ruiz of Kenosha; brothers, Miguel, Roberto, Manuel; sisters, Margarita, Lupe and Sandra; also included is his grandchild, Santiago Jesus Ruvalcaba and his father, Angel Ruvalcaba. Felipe was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held at St. Mark’s Catholic Church on Friday September 13, 2024, from 10:00AM-11:00AM with funeral services to follow immediately at 11:00AM. Burial, will be at All Saints Cemetery.
