Denis Bowen, 87, of Kenosha passed away on Thursday October 27, 2022, at Brookside Care Center in Kenosha.
Denis was born on July 27, 1935, in Cleveland, OH, the son of the late Lauren Kenneth & Mildred Ann (Funk) Bowen. He served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. Denis completed a BS in chemical engineering at the University of Southern California. Denis was employed for most of his career as a chemical engineer with Dial Corporation in California and Missouri. His hobbies included fishing & shooting.
Survivors include his daughters, Jennie (David) Kinnett of CA, Jill (Dan) Capp of Kenosha; sister-in-law, Anna Bowen of CA; nieces, Wendy (Steve) Diddy of WA, Kristina (Greg) Fioresi of IL; nephew, Ken (Lisa) Bowen of CA; grandchildren, Tanner & Tristan Kinnett and Theodore (Emily) & Adelle Capp. Denis was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Larry Bowen.
