Craig Johnson, 60, of Kenosha passed away on Monday August 30, 2021 at Froedtert South-Kenosha surrounded by his loving family.
Craig was born on June 28, 1961 in Chicago, the son of Lucious & Henrietta (Sims) Johnson. He was educated in the schools of Chicago. Graduating from Indiana Tech. Craig married Gloria Simes on June 17, 1986 in Chicago. He was employed in maintenance at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and Crossroads Nursing Home in Kenosha for many years. He was a member of the Bethlehem Temple Kenosha. His hobbies included spending time with his family & friends, especially his wife, Gloria.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Johnson of Kenosha; children, Georgette Simes of MN, Leslie (Tristan) Cook of Kankakee, Christopher (Carly) Johnson of Milwaukee; mother, Henrietta Johnson; brothers, Barry & Keith Johnson of Chicago; and 9 grandchildren. Craig was preceded in death by his father, and brothers, Phillip, Kelly, and Lucious.
A visitation will be held on Friday September 10, 2021 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10:00AM-11:00AM, with funeral services to follow at 11:00AM. Burial Green Ridge Cemetery.
