Carolyn P. Frederick, 79, of Pleasant Prairie passed away on February 8, 2021 at The Addison in Pleasant Prairie surrounded by her daughters.
Carolyn was born on March 6, 1941 in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Theodore and Pearl (Anderson) Sorensen. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Carolyn was employed as an Elementary School Teacher for many years. Her hobbies included making floral arrangements, loved to cook, and most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters; Heidi (Tracy) Norstrom of Brighton, WI, Kelley (Ben) Prickett of Pleasant Prairie, WI, brother; Clarence, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her brothers; Kenneth and Wayne, and her ex-husband Bruce.
Services will be private. Entombment All Saints Cemetery.
