Albert S. Aceto, 92, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at his residence.
He was born on March 26, 1929 to the late Antonio and Carmella (Stellato) Aceto in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Kenosha High School in 1947. He also received his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from DeVry.
He entered the US Army on January 10, 1951 and was honorably discharged on January 9, 1953. He served in the military police.
On June 11, 1955 he married Teresa A. Ambrosini at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
Albert worked as an import expediter for AMC/Chrysler for 38 years.
Albert was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Albert enjoyed gardening, sports, coached for CYC for many years, along with Special Olympics. The Aceto family was named Family of the Year in 1974.
Albert is survived by his wife Teresa of 65 years, his sons Michael Aceto, Dean (Danielle) Aceto and Paul (Daniele) Aceto, his grandchildren Sterling Aceto, Michael Aceto, Austin Aceto, Dean (Paulina Covelli) Aceto II, April (Shawn) Preisler, Cameron (Brittany) Aceto, Aadin Aceto, Tatianna Aceto, Samantha Le and Veronica Aceto and his two great grandchildren Leanne and Juliette.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.
Funeral Services for Albert will be held on Monday, April 5th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at the Bruch Funeral Home. Interment will follow with Full Military Honors at St. George Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the of service.
