Agnes Benik, 94, of Kenosha peacefully passed away on February 13, 2022, at Northpoint Senior Living.
Agnes was born on May 14, 1927, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Hains) Chachula. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha. Agnes married Ed Benik on April 19th, 1958, in Kenosha. Her hobbies included sewing, antiquing, gardening and watching her soap operas, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, friends and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Dave Benik of Kenosha, Steve Benik of Racine, Tim Benik of Kenosha; sisters, Mary Frances Chachula and Pauline Greene; also included are her two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband and her son, Ken.
Per her request, a private memorial gathering was held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Wednesday February 16, 2022. The family would like to thank the loving care givers at Northpoint Senior Living and Legacy Hospice.
