Planting Memories: FREE Bereavement Event for Children and Teens

Hospice Alliance is a nonprofit, community-based provider of hospice and supportive care management committed to supporting patients in living each day with dignity, comfort and hope.

WHAT: Hospice Alliance offers “Planting Memories” an event offered to children and teenagers who have experienced loss. In addition to activities and refreshments, guests will decorate a terra cotta pot and plant a flower to take home in memory of their loved ones.

  • WHO: Any child or teen who has experienced loss
  • WHEN: Thursday, August 15 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm
  • WHERE: Hospice Alliance Garden, 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158
  • WHY: Hospice Alliance understands the challenges that children and teens face when experiencing loss. This event provides the opportunity to normalize their feelings in a safe and fun environment by celebrating the lives of their loved ones.
