Kenosha.com’s Pet of the Week: Kurtis!

A handsome, 4-year-old boy who is looking for a comfortable place to call home

By Wisconsin Humane Society Campus

Founded in 1879, the Wisconsin Humane Society has been saving the lives of animals in need for more than 140 years. WHS is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and operates animal shelters in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Door, and Brown Counties, as well as a spay/neuter clinic in West Allis.

4-year-old Kurtis is a shy pup ready to find a loving home and available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society Kenosha Campus. This handsome, big boy weighs 78 pounds and although he is nervous meeting new people, he’s sweet and friendly when comfortable. Like all dogs at WHS, Kurtis has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped – plus, all dog adoption fees are currently 50% off! Check out Kurtis at www.wihumane.org/adopt, or visit the WHS Kenosha Campus during adoption hours to see if he’s a great fit for you.
