The Restaurant:

East View Coffee, 716 58th St, is Kenosha’s only independent coffee roaster. They have just opened a cafe/tasting room in Downtown Kenosha.

The Flavor and The Story:

East View Coffee isn’t new to Kenosha. In fact, you may have already tasted their delicious roasts if you’ve had a cup at Cooper’s Uptown.

The company has been roasting and shipping coffee to a nationwide audience for years with a focus on ethically grown, female owned coffee partnerships.

Until recently, East View has been roasting and shipping from the second floor of Rustic Road Brewing, operating a large-scale coffee business behind the scenes.

The small space was quickly outgrown, and due to a recent move to a much larger facility, Kenosha can not only be proud to be the production home of East View, we can now enjoy their coffee in a brand new, super cute tasting room location.

The East View crew has just opened at 716 58th Street, the former home of Public Brewing, and they are behind the scenes no more.

A beautiful tasting room/cafe is now available featuring house-roasted coffees and speciality drinks that taste good, while also doing good.

The East View philosophy of “exceptional coffee, ethically sourced and thoughtfully roasted” results in true positive impact around the globe as well as a fresh, delicious cup that you can enjoy at the shop, or take home to start your morning.

Beyond the product, the staff is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable.

They’re not pushy about information, but I almost guarantee you’ll accidentally learn something awesome about coffee or Kenosha while you stand in line or sit at the full window counter.

East View Coffee’s tasting room is officially open Thursday through Sunday, 7am – 4pm.Their coffee can be purchased at their Downtown Kenosha location, many other local establishments, or on their website, EastViewCoffee.com.
