Stepping On Workshop – Don’t let a fall cramp your style!

If you’re 60 or older then join us for a FREE 2-hour workshop on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 2-4pm, taking place at Library Terrace Apartments, 7905 36th Ave. Kenosha, WI. In these two hours, you’ll learn balance and strength exercises and their benefits, how to get up from a fall, and how to move about stairs safely with mobility aids. What you’ll learn in this workshop will help reduce falls.
