Foodie Favorite: No-Bake Energy Bites

A healthy protein-packed breakfast or snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup flax meal or wheat germ
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Chill at least 30 minutes. Roll the dough into about 24 (1-inch) balls. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
