Victor Fischer, 69, of Kenosha, passed away on August 29, 2025, at Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie, surrounded by his loving family.
Victor was born on September 8, 1955, in Milwaukee, the son of the late Eugene and Madeline (Reber) Fischer. He was educated in the schools of Milwaukee. Victor married Deborah Meise in April of 1990 in Indiana and later divorced. Victor then married Karen Patty on June 5, 2005, in Illinois. He was a Lutheran Minister for 40 years. Victor was a member of New Life Lutheran Church and St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. His hobbies included fishing, cheering for the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers, but most of all, he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Fischer of Kenosha; children, Rachael (Silas) Smith of IN, Rebecca Fischer of IN, Benjamin (Shelby) Fischer of IN; step-daughters, Amy (Nick) Boege of IA, Stephanie (Earl) Long of CA; sisters, Ellen Fischer of WI, Hiede (Steven) Mays of WI; nephew, Isaac (Samantha) Mays of NJ; niece, Stephanie (Rob) Schmidt of WI; great-niece, Ellannor Schmidt; also included are his grandchildren, Isiah, Caleb, Hannah, Zachery, Grace, Adeline and Maxwell. Victor was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at New Life Lutheran Church, 1520-Green Bay Rd. Kenosha, WI, from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM, with memorial services to follow at 1:00 PM.
