Shane Lawrence Leach, age 52, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at his residence. Shane was born on July 10, 1973, in Kenosha, WI, to Lawrence Leach and Barbara (Pedicone) Smith. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Bradford High School. Shane proudly served in the United States Navy. After discharge, he worked in several industries, most recently driving trucks.
Shane had a passion for DJ’ing and loved music. He also loved football, especially Dan Marino and the Green Bay Packers, and movies, frequently reciting lines from Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark.. He will be remembered for his infectious sense of humor.
Shane is survived by his daughter, Cianna Leach, and son, Kai Leach, both of Florida. He is also survived by his mother, Barbara Smith of Racine; his brothers, Gary Mack, Aaron Lucas, and Justin Leach, all of Kenosha; and many other relatives and friends.
Shane is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence, his brother Ryan Leach, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, 1 pm to 4 pm at Casa Capri, 2129 Birch Rd, Kenosha, WI. In lieu of flowers, donations to Clement J. Zablocki VAMC (Milwaukee’s VA Medical Center https://www.va.gov/milwaukee-health-care/work-with-us/volunteer-or-donate/#make-a-donation) or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
