Robert “Bob” Wincek passed away peacefully late Friday, December 26, 2025, at the age of 74 in Kenosha, WI. Bob was born in Berwyn, Illinois, where he grew up, and he spent much of his life between the Chicagoland area and Kenosha County.
Bob founded TVRW (TV Robert Wincek) Electronics in 1969, beginning his career in the television repair business. Over the years, he also pursued ventures in real estate, alternative fuels, and electrical medical repair and sales. He undeniably embodied the entrepreneurial spirit, fully embracing the American Dream, as he was self-employed throughout his entire adult life. Bob always enjoyed spending time with friends, tinkering around with mechanics, and sharing a laugh with family and friends alike.
Bob was a loving husband and father who is survived by his wife, Irina Ivanova-Wincek; his son and daughter-in-law, Edwin & Amber Wincek; and his son, Robert “Bobby” Wincek.
Visitation for Bob will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at Bruch Funeral Home, 3503 Roosevelt Road, Kenosha, WI 53142. Funeral Services will at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois, with lunch afterward.
