Patsy “Pat” M. Ferkin, age 82, passed away on September 7th, 2025.
Patsy was born on July 3rd, 1943, in Lancaster, WI, to the late Wilbur “Billy” and Dolores (Thole) Buschbom. She married Daniel J. Ferkin on January 20th, 1968, and was married until he passed away on November 11th, 1999.
Patsy was formerly a nurse at Kenosha Memorial Hospital. After having children, she worked a couple of various jobs, including a receptionist at Kenosha Memorial Hospital, a lunch lady at Lance Middle School, and a waitress for the local VFW fish fry. She loved to dance or try her hand at winning Bingo, football pools, or the lottery.
Patsy is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Stacey) Ferkin and David (Abagail) Ferkin; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Lauren) Ferkin, Jr., Amanda (Ryan) Seleski, Justin (Kayde) Ferkin, Jamie Ferkin, and Danica Ferkin; siblings, LuAnn (Edward) Barrett and Bonnie (Rick) Titus; and great-grandchildren, Jack and Elsie.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her sister Joyce (Jim) Carroll and her grandson, Jonathan Ferkin.
A visitation will be held at Proko Funeral Home on Friday, September 12th, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Green Ridge Cemetery.
