Nadeen McCredden, 73 years old of Pleasant Prairie, WI passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital.
She was born August 27, 1951, in Beloit, WI the daughter of the late Gile and Eunice (Nessett) Millard. Nadeen was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. On April 12, 1972, Nadeen married Dennis McCredden in Lombard, IL.
Nadeen was a talented seamstress and crafter; she enjoyed creating various items for her church, where she was very active. She will be remembered for her helpful nature; Nadeen would help anyone she could, and had the ability to fix a variety of things around the house. She cherished time with her grandchildren, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Dennis; her daughter Sasha Vance; siblings, Kirby (Marylou) Millard, Heidi (Larry) Gold, Susan Millard, and Lori (David) Hughart; and grandchildren, Jacob Michael Brothen and Zachary Allan Brothen.
In addition to her parents, Nadeen was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Henry “Hank” Nelson, III; and siblings, Donna Millard, Warren Millard, Jean Turner, Norman Millard, and Kolene Schnitzler.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Proko Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Proko Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow in Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, WI.
