Jerome Lee Belcher, born June 1, 1946, entered into his rest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on December 30, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Henry Belcher Senior and Viola Bertha Ripley Belcher, his wife, Gloria Jean Belcher, his daughter, Viola Belcher Gilbert, his brothers Ted, George, and Robert Belcher, and his sisters Ann Belcher and Armajean Burns. Jerome is survived by his brothers James, Frank and Norman Belcher, sisters Eva Pitcher and Ramona Cooley, daughters Rebecca Adams (William Adams) and Cecelia Nason (Seth Munro), grandchildren Grace Adams Crowell (Brett Crowell), Cylie Kennedy (Cody Jameson), Joshua Gilbert, Melanie Adams Thomas (Tyler Thomas), Nicole Pratt, Justyce Nason, Patrick Adams, Chase Nason and Samuel Adams (Sirrenda Hayes Adams), and eight great-grandchildren.
