May 4, 1966 – October 8, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffrey S. Ward, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, who left us on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on May 4, 1966, to Janice and Roger Ward, Jeff brought joy and laughter to all who knew him, leaving a lasting impact on his community in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
On November 2, 2018, he married Tammie Owens, and they enjoyed 17 years together.
Jeff graduated from Bradford High School in 1984 and attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville College of Engineering, Mathematics, and Science, graduating as an Electrical Engineer.
Jeff worked at Coleman Cable, Cherry Electronic, and InSinkErator. As the Manager of Product Safety and Reliability at InSinkErator, Jeff was awarded seven patents, showing his inventiveness, creativity, work ethic, and dedication.
Jeff was an avid baseball player in his youth, and he carried that passion through to his adulthood. He was always looking forward to the next Packers or Yankees game and was an enthusiastic golfer.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Tammie. Together, they shared a bond that was resilient and inspiring, bringing laughter and joy to those around them. He is further survived by his daughter, Amanda; his mother, Janice; his brother, Dale; his niece, Steph; his stepson, Sam his grandson, Lukas. He will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his gentle spirit, and his unwavering support and love for his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roger, and his brother, Duane.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the First Tee of Southeast Wisconsin (https://firstteesoutheastwisconsin.org/donate) would be appreciated.
In this time of sadness, let us come together to remember and cherish the memories of a remarkable man who will be profoundly missed. His legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all and remind us to laugh as Jeff would laugh – freely and without care.
