Geraldine Lubelle Lachman, 93, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 12, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on October 29, 1932 to the late Richard and Blanche (Gilbertson) Back in Pigeon Falls, WI. She was educated and graduated from Whitehall, WI. She graduated from UW-Parkside in 1992.
On April 18, 1953, she married Calvin F. Lachman in Pigeon Falls. He preceded her in death on July 15, 2005.
Geraldine worked as a payroll manager for Abbott Laboratories for 33 and a half years, retiring in 1994.
Geraldine is a member of St. Mary’s Lutheran Church and the Friendly Center. She was a member of the Sons of Norway Hafrsfjord #206, a member of the Genealogy Society of Kenosha County and the Order of Eastern Star 92.
Geraldine enjoyed sewing, traveling, genealogy, camping, watching TV, game shows, dancing with the stars, documenting everything, baking with her grandkids, and a Packers fan. She lived life to the fullest and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Geraldine is survived by her son Brian (Joan) Lachman, her five grandchildren, and her nine great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Jeffrey and Edward, a brother, Roger, a grandson, Adam, and a great-granddaughter Lillian.
Funeral Services for Geraldine will be held on Thursday, December 18th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at the Bruch-Hansen Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
