Friday, February 23rd, 1962 – Saturday, August 9th, 2025
Caroline Kafura, 63, of Kenosha, WI, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
Born on February 23, 1962, in Singapore, she was the daughter of Ngo Chee Keo and Ong Leng Long.
In 1983, she moved to Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Thereafter, Caroline was employed by the Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee as their Event Planner for many years.
She loved visiting home, home-cooked meals, and the comfort of familiar spices, and was herself a good cook. She loved shopping and was a savvy shopper with a knack for finding bargains and had a great fashion sense. We have many fond memories of travelling and exploring different countries and cultures, and especially enjoying the shopping and food.
Caroline is survived by her daughter, Shannon Kafura of Kenosha, WI; her mother, Ong Leng Long of Singapore; and her three siblings, Eric, Edna, and Calvin, all of Singapore.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ngo Chee Keo of Singapore.
