Bill Jr Parliman, 72, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, with his loving daughter by his side, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Froedtert South St. Catherine’s Hospital.
He was born on December 23, 1952, to the late Bill Parliman Sr. and Willie Dee Harris in Leflore, Mississippi. He attended schools in Mississippi and Chicago.
Bill worked as a forklift driver for Fair Oaks Farms for many years.
Bill enjoyed fishing and playing the lottery and loved watching wrestling. Most of all, Bill loved spending time with family.
Bill leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Arlisha C. (Henry) Shenault, his stepchildren Arlinda Johnson, Jason Johnson, Jervell Jones, Auriell Jones, Charles Donnel Edward Jr., Ebony Booker, and Gabrielle Young, his grandchildren Arshanti M. Town, Mario CJ Phipps, and Kyana S. Shenault, his siblings Susie (Freddie) Edward, Isaiah (Mary) Williams, Manuel (Betsy) Williams, and W.M. (Malissa) Harris, his favorite niece Debra Lee, and a host of other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Bill Parliman Sr., and his mother, Willie Dee Cade.
