Rolf Theodore Behr, age 83 of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2025, at Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI. He was born to the late Frederick and Anna (Unseld) Behr in Chicago, IL. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam from March 1964 to March 1966. He worked in the telephone industry for 40 years. On July 13, 1974, he married Patricia Weeks at St. Cyprian’s Church in River Grove, IL. They moved to Twin Lakes in 1975, where they raised their family and lived for the last 50 years.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia, daughter, Kristin (Michael Mira), son, David (Samantha) Behr, grandchildren, Justin, Kimberly, Savannah, Ashton, and Scarlett Behr, and Michael and Nicholas Mira. He is also survived by a brother, Fred (Nancy) Behr of Woodbury, MN, and a sister, Bonnie (Bill) Porps of Twin Lakes, WI, and numerous nieces and nephews.
