2025 Tremper Girls Soccer Team Earns Multiple National Awards

The 2025 Tremper High School Girls Soccer Team has earned the highest awards the United Soccer Coaches Association recognizes teams with nationally. The team won the 2025 Southeast Conference Championship, going undefeated in conference play at 7-0. The team finished with a 14-1-2 record overall.

The student athletes on this year’s team had a cumulative grade point average of 3.54, earning them the Academic All American Award for the 27th consecutive year, the only team in the United States that has achieved this award for this long. The Team was also recognized with the Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award, one of only 38 teams in the United States to win this Award.

Coach Todd Hardy says, “To win this award for so many consecutive years tells a lot about the girls in the program, the parents who support them, and the teaching staff at Tremper High School. I have girls that have won this back in the 90s and 2000s who get excited that we’re still achieving it!”

Finally, the 2025 team was also awarded the highest award the USCA gives out to high school soccer teams, the Pinnacle Award. In its 7th year, the Team Pinnacle Award honors teams that have achieved a high level of fair play, educational excellence, and success on the pitch. To be considered for the award, teams must have received either the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze version of the High School Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award; achieved recognition in the classroom as a recipient of the High School Team Academic Award; and recorded a winning percentage of .750 or higher during the respective season.
