The Port of Fear Film on the Lawn returns as a unique screening event, under the stars and on the shores of Lake Michigan. Bring a chair, a blanket, and get ready for an outdoor supernatural experience with the 2025 feature film “What Happened to Dorothy Bell”, made by local director Danny Villanueva Jr. Filled with jump scares and a terrifying plot, this is an event you don’t want to miss.
The signature Port of Fear Spooky Market – a free admission open-air market specializing in all things Halloween – is returning to kick off the spooky season with a bang. With the Spooky Night Market on October 3 and Day Market on October 4, the Port of Fear will host more than 60 horror and mystical-themed vendors each day, including local artists, crafters, food trucks, authors, and more! This market is the perfect event for those who carry the spirit of Halloween in their hearts all year long.
