Terrence “Terry” Tynan

Robert) Terrence “Terry” Tynan, 90, passed away gently and bravely with his family present on June 23, 2024; beloved husband of the late Joan E. Tynan and Patricia S. Paul; cherished father of Timothy J. (Susanna), Eileen M. (Steven) Hardcastle, Sheila A. (Dennis) Doyle, and Maureen C. Tynan; adored stepfather of Ryan Rossa; loving grandfather of Sarah (Joshua) Stafford and Emily (Rachel) Harrick; proud great-grandfather of Caleb, Levi, and  Edith Stafford and Wren Harrick; devoted son of late Robert J. and Mamie Tynan; fondly remembered uncle to many nieces and nephews; honored member of the University of Wisconsin boxing team from 1951 to 1954, loyal friend, mentor, and sponsor to so many throughout several cities and communities, from the West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago to his final home in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; irreplaceable colleague at Shore West where he served as a real estate broker, a profession he practiced in Illinois and Wisconsin for nearly fifty years.  Please join us for a celebration of his life on Wednesday, July 10th.
