Tabatha Faye Jacobson (Forrest), age 43, a lifelong resident of Kenosha, passed away on May 28th, 2025 at Froedtert South in Pleasant Prairie. She was born on July 11th, 1981, in Kenosha. On January 11th, 2008, she married the love of her life Erik Jacobson in Kenosha. Together they spent 17 happy years of marriage together until her passing. She was a devoted homemaker and mother, and loved her family very much. She was the proud mother of 2 and was immensely proud of her children. She also loved becoming a grandmother and taking care of her grand babies.
She is survived by her husband: Erik Jacobson, parents: Robert Perkins and Wanda Perkins, children: Dylan Forrest (Jessie Smith), Maranda Forrest (Myles Welch), grandchildren: Remy Jacobson, Dylan Jacobson, Anika Martin, Mylah Welch, sister: Kristina Forrest (Kevin Suckow), mother in law: Susan Jacobson, nephew: Robert Holt (Alyssa Feasel), niece: Shyanne Revels (Dacoda Revels), as well as many other living relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her father in law: Christian Jacobson, and grandmother: Elsie Singleton.
As per the family’s wishes, services will be held privately.
