Marilyn “Jean” (Stine) Evermon of Kenosha was called home to our Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Jean passed peacefully in her sleep at home.
She was Born October 8, 1932 in Burlington, WI., the daughter of the late Wilbert and Velma (Cline) Stine. Jean married Billie W. Evermon on April 12, 1946 in Troy, KS. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting. Majority of her hats were donated to the oncology patients at several local hospitals and lap blankets were donated to Brookside Care Center and Sanctuary of Hope.
Jean is survived by her children; Lenna (Denny) Bohm of Kenosha, Patti (Rich) Verkuilen of Bristol, Vicki (Ike) Pauli of San Antonio, TX. Beth Garvey of Kaukauna, Jason (Natalie) Evermon of Kenosha, and Joy (Don) Asleson of Silver Lake, sisters; Kay (Bill) Jacob, Sharon (Ron) Gipson, and Carla (Joe) Zocchi, grandchildren; Jodi (Tom) Dentice, DJ Molgaard II, Krystal Theiss, Rebecca (Deryk) Shanteau, Paisley Pauli, Desiree Kriescher, Shawn Kriescher, Chloe Garvey, Asher, and Ella Evermon, great-grandchildren; Sarah (Ricky) Bell, Hannah (Corey) Capelli, Danny Molgaard, Trent Molgaard, Collin Gentz, Gage Theiss, and great-great grandchild; Lilly Ann Bell.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 46 years, son; Billie Lee Evermon, brothers; Charles, Keith, Neil, James Stine, sisters; Iris Sigman, Eva Bartlett, Lillian Frediani, Laura Sutton, Betty Calvert, and Patricia Fellows.
A memorial service will be held at The Encounter (Lakeshore Tabernacle) in Kenosha on July 17, 2021
