Jill Tadych, 58, of Kenosha, passed away on April 21, 2026, at Aurora Medical Center of Kenosha, surrounded by her loving family.
Jill was born on July 15, 1967, in Green Bay, WI, the daughter of the late Killian and Marian (Mohrhusen) Tadych. She was educated in the schools of Milwaukee, graduating from Greenfield High School. Jill received her RN at Gateway and worked as a registered nurse for the Southern Wisconsin Center for 28 years. She took great pride in the love and care that she gave each resident. Jill was an avid baker and often brought her beloved coworkers pineapple upside-down cake. She was devoted to her family and her friends, and she never met a stranger.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Oukrust of Kenosha; son, Andrew (Felisha) Tadych of Kenosha; grandchildren, Andrew, Vincent, Michael, Noah, Lilly, Benjamin, and Rosalie; sister, Jane Wasurick of Kenosha; Nephew Jeremy; nieces, Selena and Amber; sister, Shawna Lack; nephews, Nickolas, Matthew, and Nathan; brother, Robert (Patsy) Oukrust. Also included are many other family members and friends. Jill was preceded in death by her parents, whom she loved and missed very much.
A memorial gathering will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM with memorial services to follow immediately at 5:00 PM.
