Jane Elyn Stich, 75, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at her residence.
She was born on November 22, 1948 to the late Claude and Loretta (Acklam) Tennant in Racine. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and attended Tremper High School.
On October 16, 1965 she married Kenneth W. Stich in Benton Harbor, MI.
Jane worked as a telemarketing supervisor for Jones Intercable/Time Warner for 20 years, then as a dietary aide at Brookside Care Center for 10 years.
Jane enjoyed baking, playing bingo, crafting, going to and having rummage sales in the summer, going up north and reading. Jane’s favorite holiday was Thanksgiving which she loved hosting at her house and was especially known for her turkey and stuffing. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
Jane is survived by her loving husband Ken, her daughter Ginny (Keith) Easter, her son Joe (Kim) Stich, her grandchildren Kyle (Emily) Easter, Kevin (Mckenzie) Easter, Ashley Stich and Andrew Stich, her great grandchildren Kennedy and Evelyn Easter and was excited knowing that another one was on the way. She is also survived by her youngest brother Tom Tennant.
She is preceded in death by her siblings Myrna Rogers, Claude Tennant Jr., Carol Patton, Alton Tennant, Ron Tennant, Kathy Jensen and Louentha Carlsen.
A Celebration of Life for Jane will be held on Thursday, October 24th at 11:00 a.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
