James Toal, 77, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at his home in Bristol.
Born September 20, 1943, in Chicago the son of the late James and Mildred (Haskell) Toal. He married Darlene Marshall on November 20, 1985. He honorably served in the United States Navy.
James was a 50 + year Union Electrician member retiring from Local 134 in 2006. He was an avid member of Washburn Lodge #145. James was a kindhearted, generous, honorable man who was always willing to lend a hand. He will be deeply missed by many.
He is survived by his children, Teri (David) Evans, James (Audrea) Toal, Sheila Cisneros, and Shanda Tews; nine grandchildren, Katie, Nick, JT, Laura, Wyatt, Marissa, Josh, Moriah, and Cloe; he is further survived by a few great grandchildren and other loving friends and family.
Welcoming James with open arms into heaven is his wife, Darlene; daughter, Danielle Toal; parents, James and Mildred Toal; stepfather, Frank Campanelli; brother, Frank Toal; sister, Karen Louise Blaney and many others.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021, at Proko Funeral Home. Full military honors will conclude the service. Interment will be private at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery.
