James “Jim” H. Hellstern, 80, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital.
He was born on December 16, 1940 to the late John and Helen (Copen) Hellstern in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha.
Jim married Ruth Preston.
Jim worked at AMC/Chrysler for many years, retiring from there.
Jim was a member of First Baptist Church. He was also a member of the UAW Local #72 and a member of the Danish Brotherhood.
Jim is survived by his wife Ruth and a sister Jenny Battelini.
A Celebration of Life for Jim will be held on Friday, April 30th at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church (3700 – 47th Avenue). Inurnment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. Masks are required and social distancing is encouraged. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding during these trying times.
