Eugene A. “Butchie” Drissel Obituary
Eugene A. “Butchie” Drissel of Union Grove, Wisconsin, passed away at his home on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the age of 74.
He is survived by his children Jackie (Daniel) Walter, Craig (Vicki) Walter, Terri Walter, and Gerri (Eric) Pope. Proud grandpa of Luke Walter, Alex (Tyler) Bloodworth, Collin Walter, Hope Walter, Coty (Nicole) Shirk, Kenzie Pope and Colton Pope. Uncle of Mike Drissel, brother of David Drissel, and sister Judith Drissel. He is preceded in death by his brothers Bill and Bob Drissel, and parents Eugene and Helen Drissel.
Butchie was happiest working on his farm and being a good and loyal family member. Driving Suzie, “Miss Dasiey,” was also a huge part of his life. Susan “Suzie” Walter was his longtime significant other until her passing on July 20, 2011. Aside from spending time with his family, Butchie loved his tractor rides, his favorite being a Farmall 1206.
Butchie will be missed by everyone who knew him. We love you!
