Earl Bevins, 81, of Kenosha passed away on February 23, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center of Kenosha.
Earl was born on December 25, 1942, in Pike, Kentucky, the son of the late Sterling and Creta (Justice) Bevins. He was educated in the schools of Kentucky. Earl married Ruby Lester on April 3, 1961, in Virginia. He was employed at Ocean Spray for many years. He was a member of Kenosha Souls Harbor Church. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, restoring cars, inventing machinery, cheering for the Green Bay Packers but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Tammy (Gene) Cebolski of Kenosha, Terri Vergenz of Kenosha, Todd Ingram of Oswego, IL; brothers, Bill Bevins of TN, Danny (Linda) Bevins of KY, Steve (Bobbi) Bevins of Kenosha; also included are his 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Earl was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruby; son, Earl D. Jr. Bevins; sister, Patti in infancy and his great-grandson, Zachery.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 9, 2024 at Souls Harbor Church, 2400-63rd St. Kenosha, WI 53143, with services starting at 10:30AM. Entombment to follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park at 12:30PM.
