Cheryl Lynn Crutchfield, 67, of Twin Lakes, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023, at her home.

She was born on April 24, 1956, in Illinois to the late Ernest and Jeanine (Rank) Opatz. She was educated in local schools. She spent her life managing Inland Harbor Marina, where she worked until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family on the Chain O’ Lakes.

Survivors include her son, Adam (Nicole) Crutchfield, Grandchildren, Cade & Adalynn Crutchfield and brother, Gregory Opatz.

A Celebration of Life for Cheryl will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Bootleggers Bar and Grill, 25491 Old Grass Lake, Antioch, IL 60002. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a family memorial.
