It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bonnie Lue Schultz, who left us on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the age of 81. She was born on July 31, 1944, to the late Dean and Bernice (Baudhuin) Hansen. Bonnie was a graduate of St. Joseph’s High School. She was a loving mother, a cherished friend, who touched the lives of everyone she met.
On April 22, 1972, she was united in marriage to Robert Schultz. Sadly, he preceded her in death on December 6, 2017.
Bonnie was employed as a bookkeeper for over 34 years.
She found joy in golfing, music, scrapbooking, card making, and serving others. Known for her loving heart, elegance, sharp wit, and gentle sass, she brought warmth and laughter wherever she went. A devoted bowler for over 40 years, she attended 30 Wisconsin State Bowling Tournaments and dedicated countless hours to the organizations she cherished. She served as Treasurer for the KWBA Board, YABA, and several other groups, and supported local schools through the Somers PTA and the Bullen and Bradford Parents Advisory Boards. Her volunteer service included the United For A Cure Committee, St. Vincent de Paul, and numerous ministries at St. Peter Parish, including Human Concerns and the Prayer Shawl Ministry. A passionate golfer, she was the secretary/treasurer for several golf leagues, a responsibility she embraced with enthusiasm and care.
She is survived by her children, Jeff (Cassie) Siegal, Scott (Patti) Siegal and Tracy (Rich) Beltoya; her grandchildren, Andrew, Stephanie, Michelle, Dana, Jackson and Dean; her great grandchildren, Maddie, Emery, Grayson, Eli, Kya and Emma; her sister, Cheryl (Ed) Jankowski and sister-in-law, Karen (Jim) Wierzbicki and many nieces and nephews. She dedicated her life to her family, spreading warmth and kindness wherever she went. Bonnie had a knack for bringing people together with her infectious laughter and unwavering support. Her compassionate nature and gentle wisdom will be sorely missed but fondly remembered.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Schultz; her sister, Sandra Horton; her brothers-in-law, Duane Horton and Terry Schultz; and her grandson, R.J. Beltoya.
