Albert Savaglio, 73, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, passed away at home surrounded by his family after a short battle with esophageal cancer.
As a young child, Albert moved with his family to Chicago, where he was raised and educated. He attended Queen of All Saints Grammar School and Loyola Academy before graduating from Loyola University Chicago.
Albert was the proud co-owner of Savaglio Brothers, Inc., which he operated alongside his twin brother, Anthony, for more than 40 years, and more recently, with his wife for nearly 10 years. Through hard work, dedication, and integrity, the brothers built a respected business and lasting relationships within their community and industry.
A devoted member of the Knights of Columbus, Albert achieved the distinction of Fourth Degree membership, reflecting his faith, patriotism, and commitment to service. In 2000, Albert married the love of his life, Amy (Petersen). Together they shared many happy years filled with laughter, friendship, and cherished memories.
Albert will be remembered most for his vibrant personality. He was truly the life of the party, known for his great sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to make everyone around him smile. His warmth, generosity, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Albert is survived by his wife, Amy, and many loving cousins, relatives, and lifelong friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Emma Savaglio, his brother, Anthony Savaglio, his godson, Matthew Humphres, and his beloved parents, Umberto and Evelyn Savaglio.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 3:00 P.M. at Proko Funeral Home.
