Blue House Books brings festive cheer and family fun this December

It’s time for another Boozy Bookfair! Join us at Kenosha Tap House on Friday, December 12th, from 5 to 8 p.m. for an evening of amazing books, brand-new gift items, and cozy holiday vibes. Remember those elementary school bookfairs? This is just like that, but at a bar, with adult money! Browse candles, games, stationery, and of course, books that make perfect gifts for your loved ones (or yourself!). Join us for a magical afternoon with Princess Arabella from Princess Arabella and the Lost Locket on Saturday, December 20th, at 2 p.m. at Blue House Books! Enjoy a princess tea party, treats from Oliver’s Bakery, and a special story time. Children are encouraged to dress as their favorite princes or princesses! Tickets are $7 for all participating guests (including grown-up royalty). Adults not participating in tea do not need a ticket, but please limit additional guests due to limited space. Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with cookie decorating and holiday stories on Monday, December 22nd, at 4:30 p.m. at Blue House Books! Kids can decorate cookies with Munch Custom Cookies and enjoy a festive story time with Lisa from the Traveling Trunk. Perfect for ages 5–8, but all are welcome. Please register each child who will be decorating cookies, and limit extra guests to two per group to ensure space for everyone. Cookies contain dairy and egg; gluten-free cookies are available upon request if notified by December 18th. The event is sold out, but join the Waitlist now!
