William J. “Bill/Willie” Pierce, age 76, of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026, at Froedtert Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Bill was born on January 28, 1950, in Woodstock, IL, the son of the late John and Margarite (Waspi) Pierce.
In March of 1970, Bill was united in marriage to Edith, and together they shared many years of love and companionship until 2002. Their union was blessed with two daughters, Janice (Dean) Nau and Karrie (Erik) Osterman. Bill was a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, Jesse and Kasey Nau, and Erika and Amanda Osterman, who brought endless joy to his life. He is also survived by his sister, Bonnie (Gary) Miller, and uncle to Brad (Kris) Miller, Eric (Heather) Miller, and Amy (Ed) Miller.
Bill dedicated over 40 years of his life to Thelen Sand and Gravel, where he worked as a truck driver. He was a hardworking and dependable man who took pride in his job and valued the friendships he made along the way.
In his younger years, Bill enjoyed spending time outdoors. He loved riding his motorcycle, also loved to hunt and fish, and was an avid NASCAR fan, rarely missing a race.
Bill will be remembered for his easygoing nature, strong work ethic, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 620 Legion Dr., Twin Lakes, WI. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 at the funeral home, with the Daytona 500 being shown on tv. The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI, is honored to serve the Pierce family.
