Shawn M. Frye, 37, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, at Regional Hospital in Minnesota.
He was born on October 24, 1988, to Wayne Frye and Terri Davis in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha. He received his welding certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Shawn worked as a welder for several years.
Shawn was a free-spirited young man who loved making people laugh. He enjoyed fishing and riding trains.
Shawn is survived by his mother, Terri Davis; his father, Wayne (Cathy) Frye; his children Aiden and Adelaide Frye; his siblings Eric Frye, Corry Frye, and Jorden Frye; his grandparents Marjorie Edwards and Freeman Davis Jr.; his several nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog Chalupa.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Edna Frye, his grandfather Thomas Frye, and his aunt Gayle Schultz.
Funeral Services for Shawn will be held on Friday, February 20th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
