It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of James E. Bednar on Monday, March 16, 2026. He was born on May 19, 1938, to the late William and Irene (Fauska).
Jim enjoyed spending his time woodworking, camping, and visiting casinos.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Joann (Theodore) Yeugelowitz; his grandchildren, Jayne (Richard) Gabriel, James Yeugelowitz, and Theodore Yeugelowitz II; Jim was a proud great-grandpa to his great-grandchildren, Alvin James and Joyce Colleen. He is also survived by his brother, Ernest Bednar.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Bednar; his daughter, Julie Bednar; and his brothers, Ward, Gerald, and Robert Bednar.
