Lifelong Kenosha resident Dorothy Manna, 93 years old, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026, at NCH Baker Hospital in Naples, FL. She was born in Kenosha on March 28, 1932, the daughter of Peter Cerminara and Rose (Gallo) Cerminara. She married Arthur Manna on October 20, 1956, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Dorothy graduated from cosmetology school in Milwaukee and was a beautician at many shops in Kenosha, including Alzira’s Beauty Salon, Mr. Andrew’s, The Uptown Beauty Salon, and J’s Salon.
She was a devoted wife and mother, not only caring for her family but also generous to friends and others alike. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, going on trips, and eating out. She spent winters and springs in Florida with her family. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.
Survivors include sons, Keith and Kraig (Kim) Manna; grandson, Kyle Manna; granddaughter, Kelly (Ben) Epping; two great-granddaughters, Reagan and Madison Epping; beloved sister-in-law, Gloria (Manna) Christensen; and several nieces and nephews. The family can’t forget the devotion of her dear friends, whom she always considered a special blessing and loved very much.
In addition to her parents and husband Arthur, Dorothy was preceded in death by two sisters, Kay (Cerminara) Ritacca and Mary (Cerminara) Manna; one nephew, Peter Ritacca; and one niece, Kim (Ritacca) Laudato.
A visitation will be held at Proko Funeral Home on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A short prayer service will be held on, Monday, February 16, 2026, at Proko Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Immediately following will be the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 1919 54th Street, at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
