Alexus L. Mendez, 24, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 16, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on November 13, 1997 to Tanya K. Bonner and Peter Payne in Milwaukee.
Alexus worked as a cashier for several years.
On November 21, 2020 she married Juan Mendez in Kenosha.
Alexus was a Disney and shopping fanatic, loved food but most of all spending time with her family.
Alexus is survived by her husband Juan, her mother Tanya Rupp and her dad that she knew and loved Jeremy Rupp, her biological father Peter Payne, her siblings Tanya Maria Ostalaza, Elizabeth (Quinton) Williams, Jorge Ostalaza, Tyler Raymundo, Jeremy Rupp Jr., Jessiah Rupp, Jeylan Rupp, Jecobe Rupp, Jeorde Rupp and her grandmothers Sanda Payne and Susan Rhodes. Alexus is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her grandpa Charlie Bonner, her grandpa Willis Payne and her great grandmother Sally Duncan.
A Celebration of Life for Alexus will be held on Saturday, January 8th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
