Foodie Favorite: Burrito Bowl

Well-balanced with protein, carbs and healthy fats

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned with your favorite taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • Lettuce, cut into strips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican style)
  • Salsa
  • Avocado, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Sour cream 
  • Lime
  • Tortilla chips (optional)

Instructions:

Divide taco meat, black beans and corn into four bowls. Top with cheese, lettuce, salsa, avocado, sour cream and cilantro. Squeeze the lime over the bowls. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
