Maxine Martinez, 95, of Kenosha passed away on Saturday March 13, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Home in Kenosha.
Maxine was born on November 9, 1925 in Kingsley, MI, the daughter of the late John and Hazel (Woodman) Mox. She was educated in the schools of Kingsley, MI. Maxine married Nick Martinez on November 9, 1943 in Kingsley, MI. Her hobbies included spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Mary Oliver of FL, Ann (David) Harper of MI, John (Cheryl) Martinez of TX, Ava Martinez of Madison, Richard Martinez of Kenosha, Margo (Bob) Chase of N.C.; many grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
Maxine was preceded in death by husband, Nick, grandson, Michael Oliver, and her brothers, and sisters.
A visitation will be held on Thursday March 18, 2021 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10:00AM-12:00 Noon, with committal services to follow at Green Ridge Cemetery.
