Nancy A. Vestal, 88, of Burlington, passed away peacefully Friday, May 29, 2026, at Froedtert South St. Catherine’s Hospital.
She was born on December 15, 1937, to the late Elton and Beatrice (Drysdale) Richter in Kenosha.
On March 5, 1956, she married Carlos Vestal Jr. in Orland, CA. He preceded her in death in October of 1994.
Nancy worked at Simmons for several years and enjoyed working there. She also worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Kenosha for many years.
Nancy was a member of Westosha Baptist Church and was a former member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.
Nancy loved animals; she raised calves, hogs, and farmed in Arkansas.
Nancy is survived by her son Terry (Catherine) Vestal and her daughter Evelyn Vestal, her two grandchildren, and her sister Cindy.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Dusty, and her siblings Alton, Phyllis (Johnny), and Janice (Jack).
Private Funeral Services will be held at a later date.
